  1. Returns
    a) Eligibility Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
    b) Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    c) Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
    d) Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as downloadable software products or gift cards.
  2. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    a) Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
    b) Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a small restocking fee for returns that are not due to our error.
  3. Shipping Costs
    a) Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    b) Exchange/Faulty Item: If the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
