- Returns
a) Eligibility Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
b) Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
c) Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
d) Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as downloadable software products or gift cards. - Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
a) Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
b) Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a small restocking fee for returns that are not due to our error. - Shipping Costs
a) Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
